Of mankind and bikes
Seems that the almost free bikes almost everywhere doesn't work that well in Paris.
According to the New york time the system in Paris suffers from the users that don't take care of them. Something that everyone finds great, that benefit to most, yet no one takes care of it. Men are dumb.
As a side note, I find pathetic as well that I read this article about a town I lived in 10 years in the new york times.
